What counts as commercial renovation in Singapore?

Commercial renovation in Singapore is any fit-out, A&A or reinstatement work on a non-residential premises — office, retail, food and beverage, healthcare, fitness, wellness, industrial, warehouse, coworking or shophouse. The scope ranges from a light office refresh to a fully MOH-licensable clinic build-out.
