What happens after you submit

1. We review your brief within one business hour and filter the contractor network by space type (office / retail / F&B / clinic / industrial), BCA Builder’s Licence class and grade, area coverage, and available start window.
2. Up to three BCA-registered commercial renovation contractors are matched and notified. Hard cap of three — we do not auction your enquiry to a wider list.
3. Each contractor contacts you within 24–48 hours to arrange a call or site visit. They prepare a written proposal: scope, timeline, payment milestones, references.
4. You compare and choose. You owe no fee to us either way; the contractor pays for the introduction only if you proceed.

Your data & PDPA

By submitting your details you consent under PDPA (2012) to be contacted by up to three matched BCA-registered contractors about your project only. We do not sell your data, do not on-sell to a wider list, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@commercialrenovation.sg. See our privacy notice for full detail.
