About Commercial Renovation SG
We are a Singapore-based matching platform between business owners and BCA-registered commercial renovation contractors. We are not a building contractor and do not undertake works directly.
Why we exist
Finding a competent commercial renovation contractor in Singapore is harder than it should be. The BCA Directory is the authoritative source, but it lists every licensed contractor without telling you which ones are good at office fit-outs versus F&B versus clinics, which ones have capacity for your timeline, or which ones are working at the financial grade your project needs.
We do that filtering for you. You submit a two-minute brief; we match up to three BCA-registered contractors whose licence class, specialty, area and capacity actually fit your project. The contractors pay a small introduction fee only if you proceed — you pay nothing either way.
We deliberately cap matches at three contractors per request. We do not on-sell your enquiry to a wider list. This keeps your inbox clean and means every contractor you hear from has a real chance of winning the work.
What we do, what we don’t

Cost ranges reference 2026 Singapore market rates that are verifiable against published quantity-surveyor data and contractor proposals. Regulatory text is anchored to the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), National Environment Agency (NEA) and Singapore Food Agency (SFA) where applicable.
