BCA & landlord requirements
HQ-grade fit-outs almost always sit in CBD A-grade towers, which means stacked compliance. The main contractor must hold an active BCA General Builder Licence and be listed on the BCA Contractors Registration System in workhead CW01 with a financial-grade workhead that covers the project value — HQ-grade projects routinely cross S$5M, requiring B1 or A-grade workhead.
